Chorbahuli
This Gate Comes first when you are travelling from Nagpur to Jabalpur. Chorbahuli is lesser-known safari zone of Pench National Park on Maharashtra Side. The entry gate of the zone is situated at Chorbahuli village, located on NH-44.It consists of dense forest and beautiful water bodies, which draw many species of birds as well as wild animals to it. One can go for jungle safaris in this zone along with boat ride. The best way to explore the flora and fauna of the national park is to travel through jeep safari. Jeep Safaris operate in two shifts, one in the early morning and another one in the evening.
How to reach
Chorbahuli gate is at a distance of 65 km from Nagpur and 18 km from Sillari, The entry gate of the zone is situated at Chorbahuli village, located on NH-44.
Safari timing
There are 02 shifts i.e. morning &evening. Morning shifts are from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. Evening safaris are from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Booking details
nationalpark.mahaonline.gov.in is the official site for booking safaris. One has to register on this site & after going to wild life section you need to fill details like name, age, gender, nationality, and photo id proof numbers. For Indian nationals Aadhar card, passport, driving license, voter id etc. are valid. For Non-Indians passport details & country is mandatory. By booking safari you only secure your seat for safaris. Rest formalities are done on the safari day itself.
